系统性红斑狼疮心脏损害79例异常心电图分析

目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮患者心脏损害时的心电图表现,并分析年龄、性别、病程对心脏损害的影响。方法回顾性分析2006年6月至2012年6月中山市博爱医院诊断为系统性红斑狼疮的153例患者的临床资料,着重分析心电图资料。结果153例患者中79例(51.6%)具有心脏损害的异常心电图表现,其中窦性心动过速20例(25.3%),ST-T改变25例(31.6%)。9例患者具有心脏病相关症状(11.4%)。心脏损害组与无心脏损害组之间年龄、性别比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);心脏损害组病程明显高于无心脏损害组,差异有统计学意义[22(9～43)个月vs.13(2～25)个月,Z=18.972,P<0.01]。结论系统性红斑狼疮可以累及心脏各个部分,其中以心电图窦性心动过速和ST-T缺血性改变最为常见;累及心脏时多属无症状型;心脏损害与病程有关。

Analysis for abnormal electrocardiogram of 79 patients with cardiac damage caused by systemic lupus erythematosus

Objectives To discuss the electrocardiogram （ECG） performance of patients with cardiac damage caused by systemic lupus erythematosus （SLE）, and to analyze the effect of age, gender, disease duration on cardiac damage. Methods The clinical data of 153 patients diagnosed as SLE in Zhongshan Boai Hospital from June 2006 to June 2012 were analyzed retrospectively, focusing on the ECG data. Results It showed that 79 case （51.6%） in the 153 patients had abnormal ECG performance： 20 cases （25.3%） for inappropriate sinus tachycardia, 25 cases （31.6%） for ST-T change ; 9 cases （ 11.4% ） had cardiac symptoms. There were no significant differences of age and gender between cardiac damage group and control group （P〉0.05）; but significant difference in disease duration was found between the two groups [22（9-43） months vs. 13 （2-25） months, Z=18.972, P〈0.01]. Conclusions Inappropriate sinus tachycardia and ST-T change are the most common ECG performance in patients with cardiac damage caused by SLE. Most of these patients have no symptoms. The cardiac damage in patients is related to disease duration.
