| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性腹膜后肿瘤的诊断及治疗方法。方法对1994年5月至2009年5月收治的原发性腹膜后肿瘤153例进行回顾性分析。结果24例误诊,由妇科发现后腹膜肿瘤而转我科。手术治疗142例(良性肿瘤79例,恶性肿瘤63例),其中完整切除124例(87.3%)。11例因合并其它系统的疾病、经济等原因放弃治疗自动出院。结论原发性腹膜后肿瘤常以腹部肿块为首要表现,应用B型超声、CT、MRI等相关影像学检查,可初步诊断。完整切除肿瘤是治疗原发性腹膜后肿瘤的关键和影响其预后的重要因素。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the diagnosis and surgical treatment of primary retroperitoneal tumor(PRPT).Methods 153 cases of PRPT confirmed pathologically from May 1994 to May 2009 were retrospectively analyzed.Results 142 cases were treated by operation,including,79 patients with benign tumors,and 63 patients with malignant tumors.124 cases(87.3 %)were treated surgically.Twenty-four patients were misdiagnosed.Eleven cases refused the surgical treatment for the reasons of economy or serious complications.Concl... |
