乳腺癌患者凝血功能检测的临床研究

目的：探讨乳腺癌患者凝血功能指标检测的变化及临床意义。方法：采用Sysmex-CA—50自动血凝分析仪，测定乳腺良性疾病47例（对照组）和62例（试验组）乳腺癌患者豹血浆凝血酶原时间（PT）、部分凝血活酶时间（APTT）和纤维蛋白原（Fib）。同时计数血小板（PLT）。结果：乳腺癌组胛、APTT较正常组缩短，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05：乳腺癌PLT计数较正常组增高，差异有统计学意义，P〈0．05；乳腺癌Fib与正常组比较，差异无统计学意义。结论：PT、APTT较正常组缩短，PLT计数较正常组增高，提示乳腺癌患者存在凝血功能紊乱，有利于乳腺癌的发展和转移。因此，凝血功能指标监测对乳腺癌患者治疗具有参考意义。

The clinical significance of coagulation function in patients with breast cancer

Objective：To explore the change of the coagulation function in breast cancer patients. Methods：To observe platelet（PLT）,prothrombin time（PT）,fibrinogen（Fib）,activated partial thromboplastin time（APTT）of 62 breast cancer patients and another 47 benign diseases patients,and compare the results of two groups.Results：PLT in experiment group were obviously higher than the control group.PT, APTT in experiment group were obviously lower than the control group.However, Fib had no change significantly compared to control group.Conclusion：h is point out that breast cancer patients were Hypereoagulable state.h is promote development and transform of Breast cancer.Observation of coagulation function of the breast cancer patients is provided reliable information for clinical therapy.
