| 摘 要： | 目的:观察白芍总苷胶囊联合窄谱中波紫外线(NB-UVB)照射治疗寻常型银屑病的疗效及安全性。方法:将68例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例,采用NB-UVB照射,隔日1次,白芍总苷胶囊0.6 g,3次/d,口服。对照组30例,采用NB-UVB照射,隔日一次。两组同时外涂复方氟米松软膏,2次/d。均治疗60 d统计疗效。结果:治疗组有效率92.11%,对照组有效率73.33%,治疗组优于对照组,两组相比差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.357,P<0.05)。结论:白芍总苷胶囊联合NB-UVB照射治疗寻常型银屑病疗效好,安全性高。
