潜阳合剂对自发性高血压大鼠血压及心、肾重量的影响

摘    要:目的:观察潜阳合剂(QYHJ)干预自发性高血压大鼠(SHR)的降压作用和对心、肾质量指数的影响。方法:77日龄雄性SHR 40只随机分为5组:QYHJ高、中、低剂量3组、福辛普利组和SHR对照组,并设77日龄WKY大鼠8只为WKY对照组和21日龄SHR8只为QYHJ幼龄对照组。用药前及用药后每14 d均以鼠尾测压法测量血压,各测3次取平均值。140日龄时处死大鼠,测量全心、左右心室、双侧肾脏的质量,计算全心、左右心室、双侧肾脏的质量指数。结果:SHR血压较WKY大鼠明显增高(P<0.001),心、肾质量指数增加(P<0.001);大鼠血压与CMI、LVMI、KMI呈正相关(P<0.001,P<0.01),与RVMI无明显相关性。药物干预后,QYHJ高、中剂量组血压均明显降低(P<0.001),QYHJ幼龄组血压稳定降低(P<0.001);QYHJ低剂量组血压无明显变化。QYHJ 4组LVMI均明显较SHR对照组减小,QYHJ高剂量组、QYHJ幼龄组减小最为显著(P<0.05);CMI和RVMI则无明显变化。QYHJ幼龄组KMI减小(P<0.05,P<0.01),其他药物干预组无显著变化。结论:QYHJ在降压的...
