摘    要:目的:用正交实验提取吴茱萸中有效成分吴莱萸碱,优选吴茱萸的提取路线。方法:采用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法测定吴茱萸酸水提物中吴茱萸碱的含量,求出最佳条件。结果:实验表明,酸水浓度、浸泡时间对吴茱萸碱的提取影响较大,煎煮时间则次之。结论:经筛选,吴莱萸中生物碱水提取的工艺路线为:吴茱萸浸泡1.5 h、煎煮30 min、醋酸浓度为1%,在此条件下吴茱萸中生物碱提取完全。
