| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨柴葛煎中药物单煎和共煎对柴胡挥发油煎出量的影响。方法:采用紫外分光光度法,对柴胡单煎液与合煎液中柴胡挥发油含量进行测定。并以此为指标,比较单煎和共煎对柴胡挥发油的溶出量。结果:共煎提取的挥发油含量明显高于柴胡单煎法,柴葛煎合煎提取挥发油含量明显高于药对合煎。结论:柴胡与大豆黄卷、黄芩、葛根及柴葛煎中其他药共煎会提高挥发油的煎出量。
