| 摘 要： | 目的:观察丹红注射液对冠心病患者抗心磷脂抗体的影响。方法:将120例患者,按随机数字表法分为两组,用药前后分别检测患者的抗心磷脂抗体平均结合指数和阳性率。结果:治疗组治疗前后与对照组比较抗心磷脂抗体(IgG-ACLA)有明显改变(P<0.01)(P<0.05)。结论:丹红注射液对冠心患者有良好的抗栓效果。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the influence of Danhong injection an the anticardiolipin antibodies of coronary heart disease patients.Methods:120 patients were randomly divided into two groups to check the average binding index and positive rate before and after taking medicines.Results:Compared with the control group before and after the treatment,the treatment group had significant changes in IgG-ACLA.Conclusion:Danhong injection has a good antithrombotic effect for the treatment of coronary disease. |
