| 摘 要： | 目的:评价造模情况及药物对肝肾功能的影响。方法:观察药物对MRL/lpr系统性红斑狼疮模型鼠体质量、饮食、饮水、肝肾功能、尿蛋白、抗双链(天然)脱氧核糖核酸(抗ds-DNA抗体)、抗核小体抗体的影响及各指标之间相关性。结果:造模、灌胃对体质量影响较少,主要在于药物因素。模型组有肝损伤,阴性组肝损伤不明显,用药组均有降丙氨酸氨基转移酶(ALT)作用,中药组降ALT作用较弱,用药组间比较,无统计学差异。模型组TG、TCH升高,用药组对TG的影响不明显,中药组对降TCH有一定作用。造模组蛋白定量、血BUN较高,用药各组均有降低尿蛋白及BUN作用,中西药结合降尿蛋白具有协同作用。尿葡萄糖酐酶变化无明显规律,药物作用影响不明显。结论:MRL/lpr鼠有一定肝肾损伤,中药复方为犀角地黄汤加减用药较为安全,有一定保肝及降尿蛋白、降抗dsDNA作用。

| Abstract: | Objective:To evaluate the modeling condition and drugs influence on the function of liver and kidney.Methods:The impact of the drug on MRL/lpr rats'weight,eating,drinking,liver and kidney function,urokinase protein,anti-dsDNA amtibody,anti-nucleosome antibody was observed and the relativity of different factors was studied.Results:There was little influence on the weight by modeling,lavaging due to the drug factors.The model group got liver damage,while the liver damage was not obvious in the negative group... |
