| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎的应用及疗效。方法:将100例膝骨性关节炎的患者随机分为两组,治疗组50例,依据X线片确定骨的病变部位或关键压痛点为治疗点,每次选取3-5个点(单膝)为宜,采用针刀治疗,1次/7 d,3次为1个疗程。对照组50例,针刺内外膝眼、血海、梁丘、阳陵泉、阴陵泉及相应阿是穴并加用G6805电针仪,1次/d,7 d治疗5次,15次为1疗程,共治疗1个疗程。两组均经一个疗程的治疗后,比较疗效结果。结果:治疗组和对照组的有效率分别是94%和82%,有显著差异(P<0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:针刀治疗膝骨性关节炎有较好的临床疗效,明显优于电针治疗。
