腹腔镜检在妇科急腹症诊治中的应用

本文报告北京协和医院１９８７年７月到１９９１年１２月经腹腔镜诊断或治疗的妇科急腹症６２例。腹腔镜检查纠正了错误的临床诊断１５例（２４．２％），避免了剖腹手术３６例（５８．１％）。腹腔镜下作宫外孕手术治疗１９例，均获得满意效果。本组手术均在局麻下操作，具有术中安全，术后恢复快，并发症少，出院早，住院费用低等优点。

Laparoscopy in the diagnosis and treatment of gynecologic acute abdomen

A series of 62 cases of gynecologic acute abdomen were diagnosed and treated laparoscopically from July,1987 to Dec. 1991 at PUMC Hospital.15 cases(24.2%)of clinical misdiagnosis were corrected by laparoscopy,and lapatomies were spared after laparoscopy in 36 cases (58.1%).The operations on the 19 cases with ectopic pregnancy were performed under laparoscopy.and were successful.Laparoscopic operation under local anesthesia had many advantages,such as sefety, recover rapidly,discharge early,less complications and lower expense.
