| 摘 要： | 目的 分析泌尿外科老年患者围手术期心理特点,提出护理对策.方法 用自行研究设计的心理状态调查表进行调查分析.结果 提高了老年患者的心理承受能力,使他们以良好的心态配合手术和接受治疗.结论 做好泌尿外科老年患者围手术期心理护理,是帮助他们积极应对手术、安全度过手术难关,促进疾病恢复的关键.

| Abstract: | Objective To analyze the psycho feature of aged patients during perioperation period in uri-nary surgery, andto find the nursing method. Methods Their psycho features were analyzed by self-made psy-cho state questionnaire. Results The aged patlents'psycho toleration were improved, they haved a good emotion to cope with their operation ad other treatment. Conclusion It can help the aged patients to adapt their operation actively, pass the operation safely and promote their recovery. |
