| 摘 要： | 目的观察消痛宁胶囊的镇痛作用及其急性毒性作用。方法采用热板法和扭体法,测定小鼠热板致痛和化学致痛的痛阈值,观察消痛宁胶囊对小鼠的镇痛作用,并测定消痛宁胶囊小鼠灌服给药的急性毒性。结果热板法实验中,与对照组比较,消痛宁胶囊500mg/kg剂量组在240min时能明显延长小鼠热板反应时间,而1000、1500mg/kg剂量组在给药60min就能较明显地延长小鼠热板反应时间,差异均有统计学意义（均P〈0.05）;随给药后时间的延长,镇痛作用更加明显,1000mg/kg剂量组给药后120～240min作用达高峰,1500mg/kg剂量组在给药后180～240min作用达高峰,差异均有高度统计学意义（P〈0.01）。扭体法实验中与对照组比较,消痛宁胶囊500、1000、1500mg/kg剂量组均可显著抑制小鼠扭体反应,差异均有高度统计学意义（均P〈0.001）。急性毒性试验结果显示,小鼠灌服消痛宁胶囊的最大耐受量为生药60g/kg。结论消痛宁胶囊具有一定的中枢性和外周性镇痛作用,小鼠灌服的最大耐受量为生药60g/kg。

| Abstract: | Objective To observe the analgesic effect and the acute toxicity effect of Xiaotongn- ing capsule. Methods Using the hot-plate method and the writhing assay in mice,the analgesic effect and the acute toxicity effect of Xiaotongning capsule were observed.
