红花注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变临床观察

摘    要:为观察红花注射液治疗糖病周围神经病变(DN)的临床疗效并探讨其作用机理,随机将88例DN患者分为红花注射液治疗组44例和生脉注射液对照组44例进行治疗,观察其神经传导速度,血液流变学,血脂等变化。结果:总有效率治疗组90.9%,对照组40.9%(P<0.01),治疗组神经传导速度增快(P<0.05,P<0.01),血液流变学值改善方面优于对照组。提示:红花注射液能够减轻DN患者临床症状,改善病变神经传导速度,改善全血黏度,对防治糖尿病神经病变有较好的疗效。

Abstract:To study the clinical efficacy of Safflower injection in the treatment of diabetic peripheral neuropathy and its mechanism,88 subjects were randomized into treatment group(44 subjects treated by Safflower injection)and control group (44 subjects treated by Shengmai injection).The nerve conductive velocity,blood rheology and blood lipid were assayed.Results:The total effective rate was 90 9% in treatment group and 40 9% in control group,P<0 01;the nerve conductive velocity increased obviously (P<0 05,P<0 01)in treatment group;the blood rheology improved more apparently in treatment group than in control group.It is revealed that Safflower injection can improve clinical symptoms and blood viscosity,increase nerve conductive velocity,consequently,to prevent and treat diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
