| 摘 要： | 目的探讨多普勒超声监测甲状腺上动脉血流指标对评价原发性甲状腺机能亢进疗效的价值。方法用多普勒超声对114例临床确诊为原发性甲状腺机能亢进的患者治疗前后的超声改变，结合实验室血清T3、T4值，对甲状腺腺体大小，甲状腺上动脉血流指标进行分析。结果经治疗后患者甲状腺不同程度缩小，甲状腺上动脉血流参数收缩期峰值流速（Vmax）及舒张末期流速（Vmin）随T3、T4水平的降低而明显减少，但甲状腺大小恢复滞后于甲状腺上动脉血流指标的恢复。结论彩色多普勒在原发性甲亢治疗中可作为疗效的评价指标。
