| 摘 要： | 目的：针对高龄患者安装永久性心脏起搏器提出有效的护理措施。方法：根据高龄患者的心理、生理特点，结合具体病情，对11例患者做好术前心理护理、术后护理及出院后的健康指导。结果：11例高龄患者顺利接受手术，达到预期治疗目标。

| Abstract: | Objective: to put forward effective nursing measures for elderly patients who have implanted with permanent pacemaker. Methods: according to the psychological and physiological features of the elderly patients, 11 patients have received preoperative psychological nursing, postoperative nursing and health education after discharged from hospital. Results: 11 elderly patients underwent operation smoothly and the desired treatment goals have been reached. |
