临床医学八年制的现状分析与思考

摘    要:随着医学教育的发展,我国开始试办八年制临床医学教育。文章就八年制医学教育的培养要求及目前教育存在的主要问题进行了深入系统的分析,并对八年制医学教育提出了自己的意见和建议。建议其在招生方式上多元化,在教学方法上采用典型病例导入式和PBL教学法,在考试方式上采用无领导小组讨论,在培养模式上采用双导师制,并加强课程建设和学生能力培养.
