细节化护理在股前外侧游离皮瓣修复口腔癌切除术后缺损患者中的应用效果

目的 探究细节化护理在股前外侧游离皮瓣修复口腔癌手术缺损中的应用效果。方法 选取我院2022年11月-2023年11月收治的80例经股前外侧游离皮瓣修复的口腔癌切除术后缺损患者为研究对象，采用随机数字表法分为对照组与试验组，各40例。对照组采用常规护理，试验组采用细节化护理，比较两组临床指标、生活质量、护理满意度、并发症发生率及皮瓣成活率。结果 试验组住院、输液、下床活动、导管留置时间短于对照组，且生活质量评分高于对照组（P＜0.05）；试验组护理态度、护理技巧、护理安全、护理水平评分和总满意度评分均高于对照组（P ＜0.05）；试验组并发症发生率为7.50%，低于对照组的25.00%（P＜0.05）；试验组皮瓣成活率为100.00%，高于对照组的87.50%（P＜0.05）。结论 对于股前外侧游离皮瓣修复的口腔癌切除术后缺损患者，细节护理能够缩短患者术后康复时间，减少并发症发生率，提高皮瓣存活率，且患者护理满意度高，值得临床应用。

Application Effect of Detailed Nursing in Patients with Defect After Oral Cancer ResectionRepaired by Anterolateral Thigh Free Flap

Objective To explore the application effect of detailed nursing in patients with defect after oral cancer resection repaired byanterolateral thigh free flap. Methods A total of 80 patients with defects after oral cancer resection repaired by anterolateral thigh free flapin our hospital from November 2022 to November 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were divided into control group andexperimental group by random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the experimental group was treated with detailed nursing. The clinical indexes, quality of life, nursing satisfaction, complication rate andflap survival rate were compared between the two groups. Results The hospitalization, infusion, ambulation and catheter indwelling timeof the experimental group were shorter than those of the control group, and the quality of life score was higher than that of the control group(P <0.05). The scores of nursing attitude, nursing skills, nursing safety, nursing level and total satisfaction in the experimental group werehigher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was 7.50%, which was lower than25.00% in the control group (P <0.05). The flap survival rate of the experimental group was 100.00%, which was higher than 87.50% of thecontrol group (P <0.05). Conclusion For patients with defects after oral cancer resection repaired by anterolateral thigh free flap, detailednursing can shorten the postoperative recovery time, reduce the incidence of complications, improve the survival rate of flap, and have highnursing satisfaction, which is worthy of clinical application.
