多学科协作在改善产科手术切口美观与愈合中的作用

目的 探讨多学科协作护理模式对剖宫产患者切口愈合及美观度的影响。方法 选取本院妇产科2022年9月-2023年5月收治的92例接受剖宫产的初产妇为研究对象，随机分为对照组与研究组，每组46例。对照组采取常规围手术期护理干预，研究组采取多学科协作护理模式干预，比较两组瘢痕情况、切口愈合等级、疼痛程度、手术切口美观满意程度以及瘢痕美观程度评分。结果 研究组瘢痕厚度及宽度小于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组甲级愈合比例为84.78%，高于对照组的50.00%（P ＜0.05）；研究组术后3 d VAS评分低于对照组（P ＜0.05）；研究组术后当天与术后15 d手术切口美观满意评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组PSAS与OSAS评分均低于对照组（P ＜0.05）。结论 对剖宫产患者应用多学科协作护理模式干预可促进产妇手术切口愈合，有利于瘢痕淡化，减轻术后切口疼痛，提高其生活质量。

Effect of Multidisciplinary Collaborative Nursing Mode on Incision Healing and Aestheticsof Cesarean Section Patients

Objective To explore the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode on incision healing and aesthetics ofcesarean section patients. Methods A total of 92 primiparas who underwent cesarean section in our hospital from September 2022to May 2023 were randomly divided into control group and study group, with 46 cases in each group. The control group was givenroutine perioperative nursing, while the study group was given multidisciplinary collaborative nursing mode. The scar condition,incision healing grade, pain degree, aesthetic satisfaction degree of surgical incision and aesthetic degree of scar were comparedbetween the two groups. Results The thickness and width of scar in the study group were smaller than those in the control group(P <0.05). The proportion of grade A healing in the study group was 84.78%, which was higher than 50.00% in the control group(P <0.05). The VAS score of the study group was lower than that of the control group at 3 days after operation (P <0.05). Theaesthetic satisfaction scores of surgical incision on the day after operation and 15 days after operation in the study group were higherthan those in the control group (P <0.05). The PSAS and OSAS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P <0.05). Conclusion The application of multidisciplinary collaborative nursing model intervention in cesarean section patientscan promote the healing of maternal surgical incision, which is conducive to scar desalination, reduce postoperative incision painand improve their quality of life.
