| 摘 要： | 目的探讨原发性肝癌(primary liver cancer,PLC)病人抑郁症状的影响因素。方法应用抑郁自评量表(CES-D)及自制调查问卷对体力状况(KPS)评分>60分的100例PLC病人进行调查。结果49.0％的PLC病人可能或肯定存在抑郁症状,其中肯定有抑郁症状者占23.0％,病人的性别、文化程度、KPS评分、健康自我评价、经济负担及住院次数进入回归方程。结论 女性、文化程度较低、体力状况较差、健康自我评价较差、经济负担较重、反复住院的病人发生抑郁症状的危险性较大。 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the related factors of depressive symptoms in primary liver cancer (PLC) patients.Methods One hundred PLC patients with KPS score over 60 were interviewed using CES-D and demographic ques-tionnaire. Results 49.0 % PLC patients experienced possible or definite depressive symptoms, and 23.0 % PLC pa-tients experienced definite depressive symptoms. Patient's gender, educational level, KPS scores, self-perceivedhealth, finance and hospitalized times were included in the regression equation. Conclusion The PLC patients withlow educational level, low KPS scores, low self-perceived health, poor finance, much hospitalized times as well asfemale were at higher risk to develop depressive symptoms. |
