肺功能脉冲震荡法对学龄前期儿童支气管哮喘的诊断及治疗效果评估

目的探讨肺功能脉冲震荡法对学龄前期儿童哮喘的诊断及治疗效果评估.方法:选取我院80例学龄前期支气管哮喘患儿(其中40例发作组和40例缓解组),40例健康学龄前期儿童.所有儿童分别运用脉冲震荡法和肺功能常规通气法进行肺功能检测,观察不同组别IOS测定结果和不同组别常规通气法测定的结果,并分析不同病组患儿IOS各指标异常率和不同病组患儿常规通气法指标异常率.结果:不同组别患儿在进行IOS检查后发现发作组和对照组相比,除R20之外的指标具有显著性差异(P<0.05),发作组除了R20其他指标与缓解组相比也具有显著性差异(P<0.05).缓解组和对照组相比,其中R5-R20和Fres具有显著性差异(P<0.05).不同病组患儿进行IOS发现缓解组除了R20之外其他指标与发作组都具有差异(P<0.05).所有组别的儿童在进行肺功能常规通气检测后发作组在各个指标都与缓解组和对照组具有统计学差异(P<0.05),缓解组在FEF25,FEF50和FEF75指标和对照组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05),不同病组的患儿在进行肺功能常规通气法检测后发现除了FEF75之外的指标,缓解组与发作组相比都具有显著性差异(P<0.05).结论:肺功能脉冲震荡法在学龄前期儿童支气管哮喘诊断及治疗效果评估中具有临床应用价值,值得在临床上大力推广和应用.

Pulmonary Function Pulse Shock Method for the Treatment of Preschool Children with Asthma

Objective:To investigate the effect of pulsed pulsation on the treatment of asthma in preschool children.Methods:80 children with premenopausal asthma (40 cases of episodes and 40 patients with remission) and 40 normal preschool children were enrolled in this study.All the children were examined by routine asthma and PFT and pulsed shock method.Results:of IOS determination and PFT were measured in different groups.The abnormal rate of IOS indexes and the abnormal rate of PFT in children with different disease groups were analyzed The (P<0.05).Except for R20,the indexes of R20 were significantly higher than those of R20 (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,the indexes of R20 were significantly different Sexual differences (P<0.05).Compared with the control group,there were significant differences (P<0.05) between R5-R20 and Fres.There were significant differences (P<0.05) between the other indexes and the attack group except the R20 in the IOS group.(P<0.05).There was a significant difference between the FEF25,FEF50 and FEF75 indexes and the control group in the remission group and the control group (P<0.05) (P<0.05).After the PFT examination,children with different disease groups found that there was significant difference between the remission group and the attack group (P<0.05) except for FEF75.Conclusion:Pulmonary function pulsed shock method is of clinical value in the examination of asthmatic children in preschool children,and it is worthy to be popularized and applied in clinic.
