含铋剂的四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效分析

目的:探讨含铋剂的四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Helicobacter pylori,Hp)感染的疗效分析.方法:将298例患者分为观察组和对照组.观察组联合使用雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林、克林霉素以及复方铝酸铋.对照组采用雷贝拉唑、阿莫西林以及克林霉素联合使用.治疗4周后,比较两组患者Hp根除率,并比较两组不良反应发生情况.结果:观察组患者经联合治疗后,Hp阴性135例,阳性14例,Hp根除率为90.60%,对照组用药治疗后,Hp阴性112例,阳性37例,Hp根除率为75.17%;两组Hp根除率比较差异有统计学意义,(x2=12.514,P<0.05).观察组患者经联合用药后,发生腹泻2例、腹胀2例、恶心2例、腹痛2例、皮疹1例,不良反应发生率为6.04%.对照组用药后,发生腹泻3例、腹胀3例、恶心2例、腹痛2例、皮疹1例、乏力1例,不良反应发生率为8.05%.两组比较,差异无统计学意义(x2=0.461,P>0.05).结论:四联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染,疗效肯定,优于三联疗法.

To assess the therapeutic effect of Quartet Therapy with Bismuth Aluminate Compound on Helicobacter pylori

Objective:To assess the therapeutic effect of Quartet Therapy with Bismuth on Helicobacter pylori.Methods:298 patients were divided into two groups,research group and control group.The patients in research group treated with Quartet Therapy,Rabeprazole,Amoxicillin,Clindamycin and Bismuth Aluminate Compound.The patients in control group were treated with Triple Therapy,Rabeprazole,Amoxicillin and Clindamycin.After 4 weeks treatment,comparing the Hp eradication rate and drug adverse effect in two groups.Results:After Quartet Therapy treatment,the Hp eradication rate in research group is 90.6% with 135 Hp negative patients and 14 Hp positive patients.In control group,the Hp eradication rate is 75.17% with 112 Hp negative patients and 37 Hp positive patients.The Hp eradication rate between the two groups is significant different,x2=12.514,P<0.05.After the combination therapy treatment,the adverse effect in research group is 6.04% containing 2 diarrhea,2 abdominal distention,2 nausea,2 Abdominal pain and 1 erythra.In control group,the Hp eradication rate is 8.05% containing 3 diarrhea,3 abdominal distention,2 nausea,2 Abdominal pain,1 erythra and 1 debilitation.There is no significant difference between two groups,x2=0.461,P>0.05.Conclusions:The therapeutic effect of Quartet Therapy with Bismuth is accurate and better than the Triple Therapy.
