锁定钢板治疗88例股骨近端粉碎性骨折的临床疗效分析

目的:探讨应用锁定钢板治疗股骨近端骨折的临床效果,分析其临床价值.方法:分析具有完整临床资料的2012年6月-2016年8月前来我院就诊的股骨近端骨折患者88例,并随机将其分为观察组和对照组,对照组患者有38例,观察组患者有50例,观察组采用锁定钢板进行治疗,对照组采用传统解剖钢板进行治疗.分析比较两组不同的治疗方法对股骨近端骨折的临床疗效.结果:观察组全部患者股骨近端骨折均一期愈合.对照组患者的骨折手术时间为66.5±6.8min,愈合时间为15.5±0.5周,出血量500±30ml,观察组患者的骨折手术时间为50.5±3.6m i n,愈合时间为9.6±0.5周,出血量300±40ml.经X2检验,观察组和对照组两组患者的手术时间、骨折愈合时间、术中出血量等具有显著性差异(P<0.05),观察组临床效果优于对照组.结论:锁定钢板治疗股骨近端骨折疗效明显优于传统解剖钢板的治疗方法,具有良好的临床应用价值,值得借鉴和推广.

Locking plate to treat 88 cases of femoral proximal comminuted fracture analysis of the clinical curative effect

Objective: to investigate the application of locking plate in the treatment of proximal femur fracture effect, and analyze its clinical value.Methods: a complete clinical data were analysed on June 6, 2012-August 2016 to come to our hospital 88 cases of proximal femoral fractures patients, 50 patients with observation group, Analysis curative effect of proximal femoral fractures.Results: all patients with proximal femoral fracture observation group were primary healing.Control group in patients with fracture operation time was 66.5±6.8 min, healing time was 15.5±0.5 weeks, blood loss compared to 500±30 ml, observation group of patients with fracture operation time was 50.5±3.6 m I n, healing time was 9.6±0.5 weeks, blood loss 300±40 ml.By X2 test, intraoperative blood loss and so on have significant difference (P<0.05), the clinical observation group is better than the control group.Conclusion: locking plate treatment of proximal femur fracture curative effect is superior to traditional anatomical plate treatment, has good clinical value, worthy of reference and promotion.
