综合性护理在预防ICU小儿气管插管非计划性拔管中的应用

目的:探究综合性护理在预防ICU小儿气管插管非计划性拔管的应用效果.方法:选取我院在2014年10月~2016年10月期间收治的ICU气管插管患儿96例作为本次的研究对象,使用随机数字表法将患者均分为实验组和对照组.给予实验组患者实施综合护理干预,给予对照组患者实施气管插管的常规护理,观察两组ICU患儿在气管插管期间的非计划性拔管发生情况.结果:实验组患儿出现非计划性拔管1例,发生率为2.08%(1/48),对照组患儿出现非计划性拔管6例,发生率为12.50%(6/48),两组患者结果比较差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:对ICU患儿进行综合性护理干预后能有效降低非计划拔管的风险,保障患儿的生命安全.

Comprehensive nursing in preventing ICU application of Unplanned Extubation tracheal intubation

Objective: to explore the integrated nursing in preventing ICU effects of Unplanned Extubation tracheal intubation.Methods: my home in October 2014~October 2016 year 96 cases of children admitted to ICU during endotracheal intubation, as the object of study, using random number tables method, the patients were divided into experimental and control groups.Giving patients comprehensive nursing intervention, given control of tracheal intubation in patients with routine care, ICU were observed in patients with tracheal intubation during the occurrence of unplanned extubation.Results: groups appear 1 Unplanned Extubation, incidence of 2.08% (1/48), the control group non-planned decannulation in 6 cases, the rate is 12.5% (6/48), the results statistically significant difference between two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion: after of comprehensive nursing intervention in ICU patients can reduce the risk of Unplanned Extubation, ensure children's safety.
