电话随访联合健康热线对出院产妇的影响研究

目的:探讨电话随访联合健康热线对出院产妇的影响.方法:将2012年1月至2012年6月在我院生育的产妇262例作为对照组,2012年7月至2012年12月在我院生育的产妇262例作为观察组.观察组由我院电话服务中心通过电话随访联合健康热线进行健康宣教,对照组仅做常规相关健康知识宣教;通过调查与评估,了解电话随访联合健康热线对出院产妇的影响.结果:观察组中产妇的负性情绪较对照组低,产后42天检查各项指标恢复情况较对照组好,对医院服务的满意度较对照组高.研究证明电话随访联合健康热线对出院产妇的健康宣教效果较好,适于普遍实施.结论:通过电话随访联合健康热线对出院产妇进行健康知识宣教,有利于降低患者的负性情绪,改善产妇产后各项指标恢复情况,提高产妇对医院服务的满意度.

The study of telephone follow-up Joint with health hotline effect on discharged parturient

Objective:To investigate the effect of telephone follow-up on the discharged parturient's joint health hotline.Methods:262 cases were selected in our hospital birth maternal as control group in January 2012 to June 2012,from July 2012 to December 2012 in our hospital birth maternal 262 cases as the observation group.The observation group by the telephone service center of our hospital were followed up by telephone joint health hotline for health education,the control group only routine related health knowledge education;through investigation and assessment,to understand the influence of telephone follow-up on the discharged parturient's joint health hotline.Results:Negative emotions were observed in the group was lower than that in control group,the indexes of 42 days postpartum check recovery compared with the controls,the hospital service satisfaction was higher than that in control group.Research shows that health hotline telephone follow-up joint has good effect on maternal health education discharge,and is suitable for general implementation.Conclusion:Health education on patients were followed up by telephone with maternal health hotline,helps to reduce the patient's negative mood,improve the indicators of postpartum recovery,improve maternal hospital service satisfaction.
