29例神经外科住院患者意外拔管原因与护理对策分析

目的:分析意外拔管发生的原因,探讨相应的护理对策.方法:对我科29例意外拔管的患者进行回顾性分析,总结29例意外拔管者的发生原因及采取的护理措施.结果:29例意外拔管患者中鼻胃管占86.2%,导尿管占6.89%.中心静脉置管和外周静脉置管(PICC)占6.89%,其中意识模糊、中夜班拔管,及在N1N2级护士单独值班时发生较多.结论:加强重要管道和高峰时段的管理,规范管道护理,着重对低年资护士进行培训,加强护患沟通能力, 均能及时预防意外拔管的发生.

29 cases of hospitalized patients with neurosurgical accident cause and extubation nursing countermeasure analysis

Objective:to analyse the causes of accidents occur extubation and explore the corresponding nursing countermeasures.Methods:29 patients with accident of tube drawing for our department were retrospectively analyzed, summarized extubation of 29 cases of accident causes and nursing measures.Results:29 cases of accidental extubation in patients with nasogastric tube (86.2%), catheter accounted for 6.89%.Central venous catheter and peripheral venous catheter (PICC) accounted for 6.89%, including confusion, extubation in night shift, and in grade N1N2 occurs when the nurse on duty alone more.Conclusion:to strengthen the management of important pipeline and peak time, specification pipe care, training of low qualification nurses, strengthen communication, nurses and patients can prevent the happening of the accident tube drawing in a timely manner.
