阿司匹林对幽门螺杆菌生长抑制的研究分析

目的:探讨小剂量阿司匹林对幽门螺杆菌(Hp)生长的影响.方法:将在本单位2015年6月-2016年6月门诊服用小剂量阿司匹林124例患者作为研究组124例,同时期未服用小剂量阿司匹林患者558例作为对照组,对所有患者实施13C尿素呼气试验(13C urea breath test,13C-UBT)检测Hp,分析两组患者感染幽门螺杆菌情况.结果:2.1 两组13C尿素呼气试验检测结果比较:服用小剂量阿司匹林患者Hp感染阳性率为31.45%明显低于对照组41.40,差异有统计学意义(χ2=4.197,P<0.05).在研究组中,Hp阳性与Hp阴性患者男女比例差异无统计学意义(χ2=0.130 P>0.05),但是Hp阳性患者平均年龄(66.82+10.01岁)高于Hp阴性患者(58.76+11.22岁),差异有统计学意义(t=3.845,P<0.05)结论:阿司匹林可能对幽门螺杆菌生长具有一定抑制作用.

Inhibitory effects of aspirin on the growth of Hp in clinical research

Objective:To assess the effect on growth of helicobacter pylori with low dose aspirin usage.Methods:124 clinic patients who have taken low dose of aspirin from June 2015 to June 2016 in our hospital were selected as the research group,and 558 clinic patients who have not taken aspirin in the same time period were selected as control group.All the patients took the 13C urea breath test and analyse the infection of Hp in the two groups.Results: With the 13C urea breath test, the Hp infection rate in research group is 31.45% and 41.40% in control group.The research group has a significant lower infection rate,χ2=4.197,P<0.05.In research group,the gender difference has no effect on the infection of Hp,there are no significant difference between males and females,χ2=0.130 P>0.05.However,the average age of Hp positive patients(66.82+10.01岁) are significant higher than those negative patients(58.76+11.22岁),t=3.845,P<0.05.Cconclusions: Aspirin can probably refrain the growth of Hp.
