荞麦花叶总黄酮对大鼠肠系膜微循环的影响

摘    要:目的研究荞麦花叶总黄酮(TFBFL)改善微循环的作用。方法以大鼠肠系膜微血管血流速度、血管口径、血管数量和血管交叉点数为指标,观察不同剂量(0.05、0.10、0.20g/kg)TFBFL对正常大鼠肠系膜及滴注肾上腺素前后肠系膜微血管上述指标的影响。结果TFBFL可增加正常大鼠肠系膜和肾上腺素致微循环障碍的肠系膜微血管直径、血流速度、血管数和血管交叉点个数,具有剂量依赖性,中、高剂量的TFBFL与阳性对照药物复方丹参片作用相近。结论TFBFL具有改善微循环的作用。

Abstract:Objective To study the effects of total flavones of buckwheat flower and leaf(TFBFL) on the improvement of microcirculation. Methods Use indexs of the vessel flow rate, diameter of capillary, the quantity of capillary and capillary network meeting count. Observe different doses of TFBFL( 0. 05, 0.10, 0.20 g/kg) affecting changes of mesenterie microcirculationn before and after administration of epinephrin, compare the results with normal rats. Results TFBFL could significantly improve the vessal flow rate, the diameter of capillary , the quantity of capillary and capillary network meeting count of normal rats after epinephrine was dripped, it is dose dependent . Effects with middle and higher doses of TFBFL are close to Chinese medicine of compound Tanshinone. Conclusion TFBFL could significantly improve microcirculation in rats.
