摘    要:目的 评价动静态心肺功能遥测系统 (K4b2 ) (Cosmed ,罗马 ,意大利 )的重测信度。方法 随机抽取 10名 2 0~ 2 2岁年龄组健康男性大学生作为研究对象 ,自早餐后 1h起 ,研究对象保持静卧状态 ,测试者采用K4b2 遥测系统进行代谢功能、通气功能与换气功能指标的重复测定 ,即每隔 30min测试 1次 ,每次测试 5min ,重复测试 5次 ,所有测试 1周内完成。采用重复测量方差分析、Pearson相关分析、变异系数 (CV)等评价K4b2 遥测系统的重测信度。结果 除二氧化碳容量 (VCO2 )外 ,其余各指标 5次测试间差异无显著性 (P >0 0 5 )。Pearson相关分析发现 ,氧耗量 (VO2 )、呼吸商、潮气量、每分钟通气量、呼吸频率、氧通气当量、二氧化碳当量等指标不同测试之间均显著相关 (P <0 0 5 ) ;各指标相关系数的中位数均高于0 6 5。除VO2 、VCO2 外 ,其余指标重复测定的变异系数均小于 10 %。结论 K4b2 遥测系统对于静息状态下各指标的重测信度较好

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the test retest reliability of K4b 2 telemetry system(Cosmed,Rome,Italy).Methods Ten healthy male undergraduates aged from 20 to 22 were randomly selected.The subjects were asked to lie in bed 1 hour after breakfast.Indices of metabolic and respiratory function were repeatedly measured every 30 min by K4b 2 telemetry system 5 times and 5 min for each.All the measurements were finished within a week.Analysis of the variance with repeated measures,Pearson correlation and coefficient of variance were used to evaluate the test retest reliability of K4b 2 telemetry system.Results It was found that except for carbon dioxide capacity(VCO 2),other indices showed no significant difference among 5 times of measurements(P>0 05).Pearson correlation found that there was significant correlation among different measurements for oxygen consumption,respiratory quotient,respiratory frequency,ventilation volume,tidal volume,ventilation equivalent for O 2,and ventilation equivalent for CO 2(P<0 05).The median of correlation coefficients for each index was higher than 0 65.For each index,coefficient of variance of different measurements was lower than 10% except for oxygen consumption and VCO 2.Conclusions K4b 2 telemetry system is highly reliable in this study.
