64排螺旋CT血管造影对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值

目的 探讨64排螺旋CT血管造影(CTA)对颅内动脉瘤的诊断价值.方法 对48例非外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者行64层螺旋CT脑血管造影(CTA)检查,观察其原始图像并采用容积显示重建(VR)、最大密度投影重建(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)等技术进行图像后处理,所有病例均同DSA和(或)手术所见对照.结果 48例非外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血患者中,CTA共检出动脉瘤39例,占81.25%.CTA表现与手术结果、DSA基本相符.结论 64层螺旋CTA对颅内动脉瘤的诊断具有很高的敏感性、特异性和准确性,可以替代常规DSA检查.

Diagnostic Evaluation of 64 Slice Spiral CT Angiography on Intracranial Aneurysm

ObjectiveTo investigate the diagnostic evaluation of 64-slice CT angiography (CTA) technique on the intracranial aneurysm in patients with nontraumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage (SAH).Methods48 patients with nontraumatic SAH were received CTA.The original images were studied,and the VR,MIP,MPR(cMPR) techniques were used to reconstruct the images.All the patients CTA results were compared with those of DSA and(or) operation.ResultsOf all the 48 patients,39(39/48)patients with aneurysms were detected.The results of DSA and operation were identical to those of CTA.Conclusion64-slice spiral CTA has very high sensitivity,specificity,and accuracy in detecting aneurysms,and maybe replace conventional DSA.
