运动疗法对抗精神病药物所致精神分裂症患者糖代谢异常的干预研究

目的 验证运动疗法干预抗精神病药物所致精神分裂症患者糖代谢异常的效果.方法 将100例未服用过抗精神病药的精神分裂症患者,随机分为运动疗法联合抗精神病药物治疗组(A组50例)和抗精神病药物治疗组(B组50例),于治疗前和治疗第8周末测定(计算)体质量指数( BMI)、空腹血糖、胰岛素(INS)、C肽、胰岛素抵抗指数(IR).结果 治疗8周末A、B两组BMI及B组空腹INS、C肽和IR较治疗前均升高(P＜0.05).结论 运动疗法能有效干预抗精神病药物引起的糖代谢紊乱.

Clinical study on exercise therapy of abnormal glucose metabolism caused by antipsychotic drugs in patients with schizophrenia

Objective To explore efficacy of the exercise therapy intervention for abnormal glucose metabolism caused by antipsychotic drugs in patients with schizophrenia. Methods 100 cases of patients with schizophrenia without taking antipsychotics ,were randomly divided into exercise therapy combined with antipsy- chotic drug treatment group （A group n = 50） and the antipsychotic treatment group （B group n ： 50）, before treatment and the treatment of 8 weekend determination （calcdlation） of body mass index （BMI） ,fasting glucose, insulin,C-peptide and insulin resistance （IR）. Results Eight weeks after treatment, BMI in A and B two groups and the fasting INS, C-peptide and IR in B group were increased than those before treatment （P 〈 0.05）. Con- clusion Exercise therapy effective interventions caused by ~antipsychotic glucose metabolism disorders.
