肺出血新生儿血清血小板活化因子水平变化及意义

目的 探讨新生儿肺出血时血清血小板活化因子(PAF)水平的变化及其与预后的关系.方法 采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)分别检测对照组(n=20)、肺出血组初期(n=28)和极期(n=28)、肺出血存活组恢复期(n=20)和肺出血组死亡前期(n=8)新生儿血清PAF水平.结果 肺出血组初期、极期血清PAF水平明显升高,均高于与对照组(P＜0.01);肺出血死亡前期血清PAF水平升高更明显,高于肺出血组极期(P＜0.05);肺出血恢复期血清PAF水平较极期明显下降(P＜0.01),但仍高于对照组(P＜0.01).结论 PAF参与了新生儿肺出血的肺损伤过程,动态监测血清PAF水平,有助于新生儿肺出血的早期防治及预后判断.

Change of Serum Platelet Activating Factors in Newborns With Pulmonary Hemorrhage

ObjectiveTo observe the level change of the serum platelet activating factors (PAF) and the relationship with prognosis in newborns with pulmonary hemorrhage.MethodsAccording to prognosis and the outcome,the newborns with pulmonary hemorrhage were divided to three stages:early stage (n=28),acute stage (n=28),survival stage (n=20) or death stage (n=8).20 healthy neonates served as control group.Enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) were used to measure the levels of serum PAF in groups.ResultsThe levels of serum PAF in newborns with pulmonary hemorrhage in early stage and acute stage were significantly higher than those in controls (P<0.01).The level of serum PAF in death stage was higher than that in acute stage group (P<0.05).The level of serum PAF in survival stage was markedly lower than that in acute stage group (P<0.01),but it was still higher than that in control group (P<0.01).ConclusionPAF may be involved in the process of lung injury in pulmonary hemorrhage of the newborn.Dynamic monitoring of serum PAF is useful for the early prevention,treatment and evaluation of diagnosis of pulmonary hemorrhage of the newborn.
