| 摘 要： | 目的了解某地部队官兵消化性溃疡的发病情况和流行病学特点。方法对2001年1月至2010年12月经胃镜检查确诊为消化性溃疡的病例进行统计分析。结果共检出1312例军人消化性溃疡(PU),其中十二指肠溃疡(DU)1114例,胃溃疡(GU)173例,复合性溃疡(CU)25例。幽门螺杆菌(Hp)感染率74.47%。PU检出率以冬春季最高,夏季最低。结论军人PU以DU最多,GU次之,CU最少;发病有明显季节性,并与军事训练密切相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the incidence and epidemiology features of soldiers with peptic ulcer（PU）in a certain region.Methods The data of soldiers who were diagnosed with peptic ulcer by electronic gastroscopy from January,2001 to December,2010 were recorded and analyzed statistically.Results 1312 peptic ulcer soldier patients were checked,including 1114 duodenal ulcer（DU）,173 gastric ulcer（GU）and 25 compound ulcer（CU）.Hp infection rate was 74.47%.The PU detectable rate was changed with the season： the highest in the winter,spring and the lowest was in the summer.Conclusion The most peptic ulcer in soldiers is DU,followed by GU,at least CU.The incidence had obvious seasonal,which closely related with military training. |
