180例患者血清肿瘤标志物CA125结果的临床分析

目的　探讨CA1 2 5单项及联合CEA、AFP　CA1 99检测在卵巢癌及其他肿瘤诊断方面的价值。方法　应用化学发光免疫法对我院诊治的 1 80例不同类别肿瘤患者进行血清CA1 2 5等测定及统计学分析比较。结果　 1 80例患者CA1 2 5总阳性率为 32 .8% ,卵巢癌CA1 2 5阳性率 66 .7% ,与良性卵巢囊肿 2 2 .2 %、子宫肌瘤 7.1 %、肺癌组 50 .0 % ,比较差异十分显著 (P <0 .0 1 )。结论　CA1 2 5对卵巢癌的鉴别与诊断有一定意义 ,CA1 2 5与CA1 99中度相关 (r=0 .67) ,两者联合检测可以提高卵巢癌诊断的敏感性。

Clinical Significance of the Level of Tumor Marker CA125 in Serum of 180 Patients

Objective To investigate the significance of CA125 and the significance of the combination of CA125 ,CEA, AFP and CA199 for the diagnosis of ovarian cancer or other cancers. Methods The levels of serum CA125 etc. were measured by chemical luminescence immunoassay in 180 patients with tumor, and the results were analyzed statistically. Results The positive rate of CA125 was 32.8% in all patients. It was 66.7%, 22.2%, 7.1%, and 50.0% in patients with benign overian cyst, hysteromyoma and lung cancer. The difference of CA125 between patients with ovarian and patients with other cancers was significant (P<0.01). Conclusions The level of serum CA125 is associated for the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of ovarian cancer. The correlation between CA125 and CA199 is moderate. The combination of CA125 and CA199 can increase the sensitivity of diagnosis of ovarian cancer.
