182例心向量图的临床分析

目的：心向量图临床分析及与常规心电图对比观察。方法：选择门诊和住院病人共182例。采用日本光电产ECG-8349K心电图机做常规12导联心电图(部分加做VsR～VsR、V7～V9导联)，采用上海光电XX-2型心向量图仪均按Frank导联体系法连接。结果：在诊断正常心电图、预激综合征、心室肥厚方面，心电图与心向量图完全相符，在诊断完全性左束支及右柬支传导阻滞、陈旧性心肌梗塞方面，心电图与心向量图的诊断有一定差异。结论：心向量对某些心脏疾病具有特殊的诊断价值从而弥补了心电图之不足，是一个具有实际应用意义的无创伤性检查方法。

Clinical analysis of vectocardiogram in 182 patients

Objective:To compare the clinical analysis of vectocardiogram (VCG) with ordinary electrocardiogram (ECG) detection Methods:182 patients were selected from outpatients department and hospitalized department.Every patients was examined by CEG 8349K electrocardiogram machine made in Japan for ordinary 12 lead ECG (some of the patients were applied with V 3R ~V 5R ,V 7~ 9 leads),also detected by XX 2 vectocardiogram machine made in Shanghai for VCG according to Frank method Results:In the diagnosis for normal,pre excitation syndrome and ventricular hypertrophy ECG agreed with VCG,meanwhile in the diagnosis for total left bundle brunch block,total right bundle brunch block and old myocardial infarction a few differences lay between ECG and VCG Conclusion:VCG has some special significance for the diagnosis of several cardiovascular diseases and can compensate for the defects of ECG Therefore,VCG is a no wounded examination,which possesses real sense
