重庆部分医院灭菌工作的调查与分析

目的对重庆部分医院灭菌工作进行调查,提出相应的管理对策.方法对重庆8所三级甲等医院和18所二级甲等医院的灭菌工作包括灭菌设备使用消毒员综合素质、灭菌效果监测等进行相应的调查.结果两类医院在日常的灭菌工作方面尚存在不少的隐患,其共性问题是灭菌设备落后、消毒员技术水平低、灭菌效果监测不规范.结论灭菌工作是控制医院感染的关键环节,必须加强管理力度和加大资金的投入.

Sterilization Status in Some Hospitals in Chongqing:Investigation and Analyses

OBJECTIVETo find out the generally existing problems and propose the corresponding administrative countermeasures through investigation and analysis of sterilization status in some hospitals. METHODSCorresponding investigation of sterilization status was taken on 8 level third A hospitals and 18 level second A hospitals in Chongqing area, including working station of the sterilization equipments, the comprehensive quality of sterilization workers, the supervision of sterilization effects, and so on. RESULTSMany hidden dangers still existed in routine sterilization in the two kinds of hospitals. The common problems were as follows: out dated sterilization equipments, low technical level of sterilization workers and abnormal supervision of sterilization effects. CONCLUSIONSThe key point of controlling the nosocomial infection is sterilization and hence the administration should be strengtheud and investment should be increased.
