新阶段HIS的功能定位与基本特征

目的：探讨在医院信息化建设进入了新的发展阶段后，HIS的功能定位与基本特征。方法：对早期建立的HIS在流程优化、系统开放性、电子病历支持等方面存在的不足进行查找和分析，探讨在新一代HIS中的解决方法。结果：提出了HIS的功能定位、基本特征以及关键技术架构。结论：在医院信息化发展的新阶段，HIS应 当定位于信息化的基础系统、集成的主体、数据管理的中心和电子病历的框架。新一代的HIS应具备全数字化工作流程支持、开放的系统架构、完善的电子病历框架、新的IT技术等基本特征。

Functional Localization and Fundamental Features of HIS in New Era

Objective To discuss the functional localization and fundamental features of HIS in the new era. Methods The disadvantages in flow optimization, system openness and EMR was conquered. Results The functional localization, fundamental features and key technical framework of HIS were put forward. Conclusion The preliminary part of HIS should be repositioned in being as a fundamental system, the base for integration, the data management center and the EMR framework.
