长沙市医学生国家服务基层激励政策认知情况调查

目的：了解长沙市医学生对国家服务基层激励政策的认知情况.方法：采取随机抽样的方式对医学生进行问卷调查,采用SPSS17.0进行统计分析.结果：在2014年1月至2月对医学生的调查中发现,74.4％的学生了解“西部志愿者计划”,52.7％的学生了解“入编、工资由财政发放”,而“招收免费医学生”等政策学生了解欠佳;大多数医生学只愿意到基层进行中短期工作,不同生源地、不同学历层次、不同性别的医学生希望国家采取的激励措施有所差别.结论：在当前基层需要大量医学生的情况下,国家应加大激励政策宣传力度,并适当调整激励政策,以鼓励医学生到基层就业.

Investigation on Medical Students' Cognition towards the Grass-root Employment Incentive Policies in Changsha

Objective：To understand medical students＇cognition to the grass-root employment incentive policies in Changsha.Methods：Random sampling was adopted for medical students＇questionnaire survey,and SPSS17.0 was used for statistical analysis.Results：Investigation of medical students in Changsha from January 2014 to February 2014 revealed that there were 74.4％ of the students that knew the Western Volunteer Program; 52.7％ of the students knew the policy of entering the establishment and financial payment of wages,but the students were not familiar with free medical student policy.Most students were only willing to work in short-term.The government incentive policies that students from different place,at different level and in different gender hoped to adopt shew a certain difference.Conclusion：Under the situation of a large need of medical students in grass-root,the government and society should strengthen publicity,and adjust the incentive policy to guide medical students to serve the grass-roots.
