| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨健康教育对社区内高脂血症患者血脂水平的影响.方法：选取河北省沧州市某社区2012年10月-2013年10月收治的125例高脂血症患者作为观察组,分别针对样本人群开展为期6个月的疾病相关健康教育干预,并以前一年度未经健康教育干预的125例患者作为对照组,比较两组患者的血脂控制效果与疾病认知状况.结果：观察组患者治疗后的临床检验结果、KAP评分与干预效果均显著好于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）,同时干预组患者的并发症发生率显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）.结论：针对高脂血症患者开展社区健康教育干预可有效控制其血脂水平,提高患者的疾病认知与重视程度,并且能够显著降低并发症的发生率,值得进一步研究与推广. |

| Abstract: | Objective：To study of the effects of health education for controlling blood lipids in hyperlipidemia patients.Methods：125 patients with hyperlipidemia which were hospitalized in October 2012 to October 2013 were chosen as observation group.And health education intervention was carried out among sampling group for six months.At the same time,125 of patients without health education intervention were selected as control group.Results：The clinical test results,KAP scores and intervention effects of the observation group were better than the control group,which had statistical significance （P ＜ 0.05）.And the complication rate was lower than the control group （P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion：Development of community health education intervention can effectively control the blood lipid levels of hyperlipidemia patients,strengthen the patients＇ cognition towards disease and decrease the occurrence of complication,which is worthy of research and promotion. |
