两种治疗方案对儿童哮喘急性发作的疗效评价

目的:探讨两种治疗方案对儿童哮喘急性发作的治疗效果。方法:2010年2月至2011年2月我院确诊的哮喘急性发作患儿72例,随机分为治疗组和对照组各36例。治疗组给予复方异丙托溴铵加布地奈德混悬液联合雾化吸入治疗,对照组采用沙丁胺醇溶液加地塞米松联合雾化吸入治疗,观察并记录临床症状、体征(咳嗽、憋喘、肺部哮鸣音)及肺功能改善情况。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.0%,对照组总有效率78.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(χ2=6.291,P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后峰值呼气流速(PEF)比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:复方异丙托溴铵联合布地奈德治疗儿童哮喘急性发作效果显著,给药方法简单、方便,价廉,患儿依从性好,值得临床推广应用。

An Evaluation of the Effects of Treatments of Two Types to Children with Acute Asthma Attack

Objective: To study the effects of two treatments for children with acute asthma attack.Methods: From February 2010 to February 2011,children with acute asthma attack(72 cases) were randomly divided into a treatment group(36 cases) and a control group(36 cases).The treatment group was given compound ipratropium bromide combined with budesonide suspension through aerosol inhalation device,while the control group received salbutamol solution and dexamethasone through the same device.We observed and recorded the clinical symptoms,signs(cough and wheezing) and lung function.Results: The treatment group’s total effective rate was 97.0%,and the control group’s total effective rate was 78.0%.The total effective rate differences were statistically significant(χ2=6.291,P<0.05).The peak expiratory flow(PEF) of the two groups after treatment showed statistical significance in comparison(P<0.01).Conclusions: The effects of compound ipratropium bromide joint budesonide to children with acute asthma attack are significant.The administration method is simple,convenient,inexpensive,and medication compliance in children is good.It is worthy of clinical application.
