| 摘 要： | 前牙区牙冠延长术后需通过缝线进行龈瓣缝合以关闭手术创面,促进愈合。拆线前前牙区存在缝线与线结暴露而影响美观;并且唇侧缝线暴露也会加重菌斑的滞留,术后感染风险增加。本研究拟提出一种新的牙龈微创美容缝合技术,通过唇侧上皮下结缔组织内缝合及腭侧打结,达到隐藏前牙唇侧缝线,减少术后反应的方法。15例患者通过此缝合方式,术后5d均达到了良好的甲级愈合,患者美观感受及舒适度提高。
