急性胰腺炎113例尸检分析

ANALYSIS OF AUTOPSY MATERIALS OF 113 PATIENTS WITH ACUTE PANCREATITIS

Autopsy of 113 patients with acute pancreatitis is reported. 108 case were of hemorrhagic necrotic type, 2 cases edema type, 2 acute suppurative type and 1 was chronic relapse with massive hemorrhage and necrosis. There were 95 males and 18 females aged from 3 to 71, most of them were 20~49 years old (84%). 88(78% )cases died during the night. No other diseases had been found in 53 cases before death. The chief pathological changes of acute hemorrhagic pancreatitis were severe and extensive pancreatic necrosis and hemorrhage, fatty necrosis and infiltration of polys and lymphocytes. The most frequent pathologic changes in organs other than pancreas were lung congestion, edema and mgocardial fragmentation and congestion, and petechial hemorrhage of various organ system.The cause of pancreatic shock and pathogenesis of pancreatitis were analysed. The nomenclature classification and diagnosis of pancreatitis are discussed.
