Ｓｕｒｖｉｖｉｎ和ＰＴＥＮ在脂溢性角化病中的表达及其意义

目的：观察Ｓｕｒｖｉｖｉｎ和ＰＴＥＮ蛋白在皮肤脂溢性角化病（ＳＫ）皮损中的表达情况，探讨其发病机制及与临床病理特征的关系。方法：采用免疫组化的方法联合检测Ｓｕｒｖｉｖｉｎ和ＰＴＥＮ蛋白在３０例ＳＫ皮损中的表达情况，并以２０例正常皮肤组织作为对照。结果：在３０例ＳＫ皮损中，１９例Ｓｕｒｖｉｖｉｎ蛋白阳性表达，正常２０例皮肤组织中无１例表达，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０.０５）；３０例ＳＫ皮损中，１７例ＰＴＥＮ阳性表达，正常２０例皮肤组织中１３例ＰＴＥＮ表达，二者差异无显著性（Ｐ＞０.０５）。Ｓｕｒｖｉｖｉｎ和ＰＴＥＮ蛋白在ＳＫ中的的表达与患者年龄、皮损大小、病程长短有关（Ｐ＜０.０５），而与患者性别、发病部位、皮损数目无关（Ｐ＞０.０５）；Ｓｕｒｖｉｖｉｎ和ＰＴＥＮ蛋白在ＳＫ中的的表达呈显著负相关（Ｐ＜０.０５）。结论：ＳＫ的发生可能与Ｓｕｒｖｉｖｉｎ基因表达上调有关；ＰＴＥＮ基因表达可能参与了ＳＫ的保护，二者之间在ＳＫ的发生发展中可能存在拮抗作用。检测二者有一定的参考价值。

Expression and clinical significance of survivin and PTEN in lesions of seborrheic keratosis

Objective ：To examine the expression and the relationship of apoptosis inhibitition factor survivin and carcinomainhibiting protein PTEN in seborrheic keratosis（SK）. Methods：The expressions of survivin and PTEN were detected by immunohistochemical methed in 30 seborrheic keratosis lesions and 20 normal controls. Results： The protein of survivin was positively expressed in 19 cases of the 30 SK specimens while none was expressed in the 20 normal controls（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The protein of PTEN was positively expressed in 17 cases of the 30 SK specimens and in 13 cases of the 20 normal controls（ P 〉 0. 05 ）. The expression of survivin and PTEN was related with the patients＇ age, areas of the lesions and the disease duration（ P 〈 0. 05 ）, but not related to the patients＇ gender, sites of lesions and numbers of lesions（P 〉0. 05 ）. There had been a significant negative correlation between the expressions of survivin and PTEN in sehorrheie keratosis （ r = - 0. 546, P 〈 0. 01 ）. Conclusion： The expression of survivin may play a role in the pathgenesis of SK while the expression of PTEN may take a part in the protection of SK. There propably is an interaction between the two genes in SK. Detecting the two protein levels can provide certain reference value in evaluating the malignant probability and in judging the prognosis of SK.
