外科手术人员规范化洗手图谱的绘制与应用效果

摘    要:目的绘制外科手术人员规范化洗手图谱,探讨外科手术规范化洗手图谱应用效果。方法根据中华人民共和国卫生部《消毒技术规范》和解放军总后勤部《医院感染管理技术规范》中对外科手术前洗手程序、接台手术洗手、术后脱去手套后洗手的要求制成规范化洗手流程图。将100名手术人员按单双数分为实验组与对照组,每组各50名。实验组人员按照外科规范洗手图谱洗手,对照组人员凭经验或传统教学法进行术前洗手。对两组人员洗手知识、洗手程序、洗手次数、洗手技术考核和洗手后细菌学检测阳性情况进行比较。结果实验组人员洗手知识掌握正确率、洗手程序合格率、洗手率、洗手技术考核合格率等均高于对照组,细菌学检测阳性率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.01)。结论按照外科手术人员规范化洗手图谱洗手,既达到术者手臂消毒的规范和效果,又促进手术室的现代化教学。

Abstract:Objective To construct standardized surgical hand-washing atlas and to evaluate its application effects. Methods The standardized surgical hand-washing atlas was constructed according to the requirements of pre-surgical hand-washing procedure,hand-washing of operation table distribution and hand-washing after removing gloves in terms of Technical Standard For Disinfection (Ministry of Health of the People's Republic of China) and Technical Standard For Nosocomial Infection Management (The General Logistics Department of PLA). One hundred surgeons were randomized equally into the experimental group and the control group. The surgeons in the experimental group washed their hands by standardized surgical hand-washing atlas, and the surgeons in the control group washed their hands by experience or conventional methods. A comparison was conducted on the knowledge, procedure, times, technical examination and positive rate of quantitative bacteriology of hand-washing. Results The accuracy rate of hand-washing knowledge, the qualification rate of procedure examination on hand-washing, hand-washing rate and the passing rate of technical examination on hand-washing in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P〈0.01). The positive rate of bacteriology in the experimental group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P〈0.01). Conclusion The application of standardized surgical hand-washing atlas can enhance the effects of hand sterilization and improve modernized teaching in operating room.
