| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨归因干预对维持性血液透析患者抑郁的影响.方法 应用归因干预手段,用Zung抑郁自评量表评分,在干预前后和两次干预后对患者进行问卷调查.结果 干预后患者的SDS明显下降,2次干预之间存在显著正相关.结论 归因干预可改善维持性血透患者的抑郁程度.

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the influence of attributable intervention on depressions of maintained-hemodialysis patients. Methods By using the way of attributable intervention and the Zung depression self-evaluation scale, the questionnaire investigation bad been done before and after the intervention, as well as after two times of intervention. Results The SDS levels of the patients were significantly decreased after the intervention. There was a significantly positive correlation between the two times of intervention. Conclusions The attributable intervention can improve the depression degree of the maintained- hemodialysis patients. |
