| 摘 要： | 目的探讨输尿管镜(URS)气压弹道碎石术治疗输尿管结石的方法及并发症的预防。方法回顾性分析120例采用URS气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石的临床资料。结果采用URS气压弹道碎石术成功率92·5%(111/120),46周内结石全部排净,2例输尿管镜插入失败,3例结石冲回肾盂,2例输尿管穿孔,1例泌尿系感染,1例形成假道。结论URS气压弹道碎石治疗输尿管结石安全,可靠,创伤小,成功率高,并发症少。

Clinical Analysis of 120 Cases with Ureterolithiasis Treated by Ureteroscopic Lithotripsy |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the procedure of and postoperative complicantions of ureteroscopic lithotripsy in the treatment of ureterolithiasis.Methods The clinical data of 120 patients with ureterolithiasis treated by ureteroscopic lithotripsy were retrospectively analyzed.Results The achievement ratio was 92.5%(111/120). 110 cases egested calculi during four to six weaks,2 cases failed in inserting ureteroscopy,three failed in calculi moving back to renal pelvis,two ureteral perforation,one suffered from urinary system infection.Conclusions Trentment of ureterolithiasis by ureteroscopic lithotripsy is a safe and reliable method with little injuries, high cure rate and less complications. |
