精神科护士遭受暴力攻击后心理感受的质性研究

目的：了解精神科护士遭受暴力攻击后的情绪体验,分析暴力攻击发生的原因及对其造成的影响,提出相应的干预措施。方法：采用质性研究中的现象学研究法,分析12名临床护士遭受暴力攻击后的情绪体验。结果：护士在遭受暴力攻击后主要出现愤怒、委屈、恐惧、无助、抑郁等情绪变化,严重影响了工作和正常生活,渴望暴力攻击后的支持系统,希望制定相关处理流程及休假制度。结论：临床护理管理中应重视护士遭受病人暴力攻击后出现的情绪反应,建立完善的遭受病人暴力攻击后的支持系统,提高精神科护士工作积极性。

A qualitative research on the feelings of psychiatric nurses affter violent attack

Objective：To explore the feelings of psychiatric nurses affter violent attack,and analyze the causes and impact of violent attack,so as to provide corresponding intervening measure.Methods：The phenomenological methodology was used in the study.Twelve psychiatric nurses suffered from violent attack were interviewed.Results：The main reactions of psychiatric nurses to violent attack were anger,injustice,fear,hleplessness and depression,serious impact on work and living quality,they expected to get supports after violent attack,hoped to formulating processing flow and the leave system.Conclusion：It is suggested that pay close attention to the reactions of psychiatric nurses suffered from violent attack,and build a perfect supporting system,so as to improve their work enthusiasm.
