神经衰弱患者的重心平衡功能障碍与氟桂利嗪的治疗作用研究

目的：探讨氟桂利嗪对于神经衰弱患者重心平衡功能障碍的疗效。方法收集2011年1月~2013年6月期间，本院收治的神经衰弱患者78例作为病例组，随机分为氟桂利嗪组和三环类药物组，并选择同期健康体检者39例作为对照组，对比分析三组重心摆动参数特点，并分析不同药物治疗组的重心摆动参数变化情况。结果神经衰弱患者主要表现为重心弥散性重心平衡功能障碍，经治疗后，氟桂利嗪组与三环类药物组的心摆动参数均较治疗前显著改善，但氟桂利嗪组的改善情况显著优于三环类药物组（P〈0.05）。结论氟桂利嗪可显著改善神经衰弱患者的重心平衡功能障碍，值得在临床中推广应用。

Research of flunarizine therapeutic effect of gravity balance dysfunction in patients with neurasthenia

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of flunarizine for gravity balance dysfunction in patients with neurasthenia. Methods 78 neurasthenia patients with gravity balance dysfunction in our hospital between January 2011 an June 2013 were collected as case group , randomly divided into groups and flunarizine tricyclic drug group and choose healthy 39 cases over the same period as a control group and three groups analyzed characteristics of postural sway parameters and analysis of different treatment groups in change of center of gravity of the swing parameter. Results Patients with neurasthenia mainly focused diffuse gravity balance dysfunction after treatment, flunarizine group and tricyclic drug group heart swing parameters significantly improved than before treatment, but flunarizine group improved situation was significantly better than tricyclic drug group （P＆lt;0.05）. Conclusion Flunarizine can significantly improve the patient＆#39;s center of gravity balance neurasthenia dysfunction, worth in clinical application.
