脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复护理效果观察

目的：探讨脑卒中偏瘫患者的早期康复护理临床疗效。方法：选取2010年3月～2013年3月因脑卒中在我院住院接受治疗的偏瘫患者75例,随机分为观察组38例和对照组37例。两组均给予常规治疗和护理,观察组在此基础上进行早期康复干预。对两组患者不同阶段的神经功能障碍评价（MESSS）得分及QLI评分进行比较。结果：两组患者入院后3个月与出院后1个月与入院时MESSS得分比较,具有统计学差异（P〈0.05）。观察组入院后3个月与出院后1个月MESSS得分均低于对照组（P〈0.05）。出院后,两组患者的生活质量指数（QLI）评分显著高于入院2周,差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。除家庭支持外,出院后观察组的QLI评分显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论：对脑卒中偏瘫患者进行早期康复护理,可促进患者神经功能的恢复和生命质量的改善,值得临床推广应用。

Clinical analysis of early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia

Objective：To explore the early rehabilitation nursing in stroke patients with hemiplegia.Methods：75 stroke patients with hemiplegia from March2010 to March 2013 in our hospital were collected and randomly divided into the observation group of 38 cases and the control group of 37 cases.The MESSS score and QLI score in different stages of two groups were compared.Results：The MESSS score of two groups at 3 months after admission and 1 month after discharge had significant difference compared with at admission（P〈0.05）.The MESSS score of the observation group at 3 months after admission and 1month after discharge were significantly lower than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.After discharge,two groups of patients with QLI score were significantly higher than that at 2 weeks after admission,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.In addition to family support,the QLI score of the observation group after discharge was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Early rehabilitation nursing for stroke patients with hemiplegia has significant effect on the nervous function recovery and improvement of life quality,and it is worthy of clinical application.
