兴和县2004-2008年间五苗常规免疫接种率监测与评价

目的：了解内蒙古兴和县2004-2008年5种常规疫苗的免疫接种率情况。方法：通过整理2004-2008年兴和县疾病预防控制中心的中国免疫规划监测信息管理系统报表中的信息资料,采用估算接种率、报告接种率、差值（D值）和比值（R值）方法对乙肝疫苗（HepB）、卡介苗（BCG）、口服脊髓灰质炎疫苗（OPV）、百白破联合疫苗（DPT）和麻疹疫苗（MV）进行分析评价。结果：2004-2008年5苗的估算接种率在56.77%~108.41%之间;报告接种率均在98.00%以上;D值的可信率和可疑率均为44.00%,不可信率为12.00%;R值均为不可信。结论：2004-2008年兴和县报告接种率维持在较高的水平,但经过评价后的报告接种率资料存在不可信现象,应加强预防接种人员的培训,提高其预防接种的相关知识水平,增强其常规免疫预防接种的意识和重要性。

Monitoring and Evaluation of the Routine Immunization Vaccination Rates in Xinghe County During 2004-2008

Objective： To investigate the routine immunization vaccination rates in Xinghe county during 2004- 2008. Methods： Data for Xinghe county in China immunization monitoring information management system during 2004- 2008 were collected. The immunization conditions of HepB,BCG,OPV,DPT,and MV vaccines were evaluated by reported vaccination rate,estimated vaccination rate,D value and R value. Results： During 2004- 2008,the estimated vaccination rates of five kinds of vaccines were between 56. 77 % and 108. 41 %,and the reported vaccination rates were all above 98. 00 %. The credible, suspious,and incredible rates for D value were 44. 00 %,44. 00 %,and 12. 00 %,respectively. The evaluation results of R value were all incredible. Conclusion： The reported vaccination rates in Xinghe county during 2004- 2008 remains a higher lev- el,but the data are incredible. The training of vaccination staff should be enhanced to increase their related knowledge level and to strengthen their consciousness of immunization.
